2. Your personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract for educational services (language course provision), processing payments, and managing complaints.
3. If you have given your explicit consent, your data may also be processed for the purpose of direct marketing and sending organizational or commercial information electronically (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to sign up for and participate in the language course.
5. Your data will not be shared with external entities or third parties without a legal basis, except for trusted entities cooperating with the Administrator (such as an accounting office, IT tool providers, and payment operators).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (source: 1.3.3).
